Refund/Return Policy:
1) Customers can return damaged/faulty/wrong items (apart from sales items) within 5 days of receipt date for a refund of that item. Any lateness will not be entertained and item(s) will be return back to customers.
2) Orders can not be cancelled once it is being processed. No refund and cancellation will be entertained.
3) In all cases, the item(s) return must be in their original condition, UNWORN, UNALTERED, UNWASHED, UNIRONED with all the tags and the original packaging. The goods will be inspected once received.
